Edible dishware

Actually, if a dishware is edible, it must be the most eco-friendly one in the world. And a Japanese designer Nobuhiko Arikawa gives us some prototypes of the edible dishware made from flour, water and salt.
You do not need any biscuit; just eat the bowl and chopsticks.

Interesting… Two questions though.
1. If I accidentally bite off a piece of my dishware in a restaurant, will the restaurant now charge me for ordering another piece of “biscuit”? What about a pair of “shared chopsticks” which is common to the Chinese community, especially after SARS, which allows guests to use to pick up food from the plates and deliver to their own bowls and dishes before comsuming? Is there extra charge for those too?
2. What about hygiene questions? I’m not going to eat the plate after it had been sitting on a table which had been freshly wiped down by a worn-out, foul-odoured cloth!! Also, does that means waiters and waitresses now have to deliver the dishwares with either gloves on, or use tongs??
