For those always working in front of the computers, lacking exercise is one of the most severe problems and is easy to be ignored. If you have a fit chair I think you have to take more exercise.

This weird chair gives the old gym-ball a new place in the office. It will apparently provide more exercise chances and might be more comfortable than other chairs, but you should remember that if you share a desk with others please do not use your fit-chair like the guy did in the video after the jump
