General adaptor
Having many different gadgets seems to be something to be proud of. Sure, you can get more convenience than others lacking of these gadgets. But you may also have other troubles. For example, in order to use these gadgets anywhere, you have to take several big adaptors except for the gadgets themselves. If there is a general adaptor which can adapt every gadget, it gotta be a perfect solution.
Westinghouse is engage in an adaptor like this. It can automatically detect the electronic requirement as soon as it is plugged into the device. However, it also needs the support of the device manufacturers. A unique firmware should be installed to send the requirement to the general adaptor. Although this might be a little bit complex for the manufacturers, customer will gain benefit.
