Charging your battery with wind

Sure, rechargeable batteries are more eco-friendly than normal ones, but they will still consume energy which is generated from fossil fuel. But this gadget can charge your battery in a real eco-friendly way. Just insert one battery into it and suck it on the wall, and then let the wind charge your battery.

Surely the fossil fuel energy used in manufacturing this charger is greater than the energy of using a mains charger to charge the few batteries that you will put through it before it wears out and has to be replaced? Are there really environmental savings in such a small scale product?

Where do I dump the battery acid and lead once the battery stops functioning? Do they still dump that stuff in the bay?

Cool idea, however by sticking it to the surface plane that’s parallel with the blades plane, doesn’t that result in poorer wind movement? Maybe a design that makes the blade plane perpendicular, or a more of a spiraled tower design could be more effective?

Is there any way to know when the battery is fully charged so as not to overcharge and ruin the battery?

Funny, That’s not a rechargeable battery? Neat concept though!
