Labels indicating freshness

If you still worry about food safety, you should check out this innovative label. It can change color over time. Once the meat is past its due, its label will turn from white to blue and so it is not scannable any longer. In addition, you can judge the freshness of the food from the labels’ color.

Hi! I think it’s a great idea! Do you produce them? How much do they cost? I’m very interested in introducing them in Denmark.

I am very keen on this technology too, but i want to know, how do they change to indicate freshness… I’d like to understand the workings behind it, for a better understanding to an interesting alternative use for the product
