The muscle tester, an achievement from bioengineering Institute of Rice University, is developed to fix palms, separate each figures, and measure the strength of certain hand muscles accurately. In that way, the device makes it easier for doctors from neurology department and surgical department to check out their muscle recovery condition of the patients.
