Spiral Stair

Saying is always easier than doing, so when we’re still indulged in the wild fancy to create something that saves up more space in our houses, the designer has already brought the spiral stair into real life. Covering only one square meters, the spiral stair is convenient and safe enough for durable use.

I see one problem with this. If this is the only stair case in your house how would you move anything upstairs.

not so convenient, the steps are too high and with no railings, it´s even more unconfortable and insecure. As you can see, 11 steps in only 180 degrees?!?!?!
as a design exercise… ok
as a final product… no way!
