Could a window fan without blades still be regarded as a fan? I really doubt that because it’s difficult to imagine such a fan work. But if you stick your hand through the loop, you’ll immediately understand how it works. In fact, the air is in-taken by the bottom grills and then transported up, so you could feel the air in front of the ring. Cool and I kind of love it!
