Shark Fin Tea Infuser

20100118701

The Shark Fin Tea Infuser will surely ensure you a funny time during the tea-making process! And similar to tea infusers you’ve ever used, the Shark Fin Tea Infuser also effectively prevents tea leaves from blending with the liquid and therefore allows you to enjoy a ‘pure’ tea. You’ll find the liquid somewhat weird if you’re making black tea, as your tea is turning ‘bloody’! Wow, that’s the most ‘violent’ tea infuser we’ve ever come across.

Macedonia tray by Janne Kyttänen

20100118601

Macedonia here is not referring to the republic in South-eastern Europe, but to an attractive fruit tray. Drawing an inspiration from soap bubbles, Janne Kyttänen has designed the Macedonia tray mainly with neat grids which allow sufficient place for every fruit. You could also use it as a piece of decoration to make your kitchen more eye-pleasing. Made from polyamide through an advanced laser sintering technique, the tray is priced at about $700. 20100116301

Want to get a more particular knowledge of dinosaurs? So why not fight alongside with them? You should try that with Mattel’s new Xtractaurs Dinosaur Toys. The whole set includes a sampled dinosaur and an ‘extraction gun’. When playing the toy, you firstly need to connect the gun to your computer and then use it to ‘extract’ the dinosaur’s DNA. Football Sausage

20100116101

A football? For sure? Nope, that’s not really true. It’s an edible football, the Football Sausage. Made from fresh beef and pork, it is the most delicious football you may ever have tasted! Imagine your friends asking what is prepared for lunch and you take out a ‘football’ and cut it into slices…Sounds interesting! Yes, nothing would represent a bottler opener better than to shape it like the first letter of the word “open”. O, it’s an opener!

Ga Green Cloud appeared in Finland.

20100115901

Giant green cloud is gradually moving in the sky, with its long tail following behind…but wait, how could the cloud come along with a tail? But I’m not kidding, as what you’ve seen in the picture is actually the Ga Green Cloud created by Helen Evans and Heiki Hansen, with the help of a laser transmitter. It is a fantastic artwork which takes over the sky of Helsinki, Finland. If you’re living near to the Salmisaari power plant, then you’re lucky to see that every night. OXO Strawberry Huller

20100115701

Possibly except for those chefs in four-star hotels, nobody would need to remove the stems of strawberries on purpose, not to mention that they’ll need a strawberry huller like this. Even so, however, the idea behind the OXO Strawberry Huller is still creditable as it really meets the special needs of some people to remove the stems quickly. Just pierce, scoop and then it’s the wonderful time to enjoy sweet strawberries! [Read the rest of this entry...]
