The laser beam mosquito killer by Intellectual Ventures Lab is rightly something designed for the users to kill the bugs in a more effective and convenient way. It takes a full advantage of the laser, which is released to kill the mosquito by either destroying its DNA or causing it to overheat, once the device targets a mosquito. Melonia Shoes

In order to call for further exploration in prototyping processes, Stockholm’s two design schools have collaborated to design these weird shoes. Five pairs of them, as Naim’s “Melonia” collection, were showcased during the Stockholm Fashion Show this month. Made out of reinforced elastomers, the outer net-embedded shell not only emulates the bounce of the inflated football, but offers it the advantage of not loosing air.
