Google Maps Envelops Concept
Posted on April 6, 2010 by saya

There’s an element of surprise in the Google Maps Envelops Concept, a collaborative project between Rahul Mahtani and Yofred Moik from the Industrial Design program at Syracuse University. It looks like a map, but it’s actually a special envelop for folks who still use snail mail.

The ‘Google Maps Envelops’ is another experiment in improving the quality of life by making full use of the advanced technology. So the concept envelops are quite simple to use: all you have to do is to pay the postage fee and hit the “send envelope” button rather than the usual “send” button. After that, Google will print out your letter and mail it for you. Easy as that!

You love Google? Try the Google Maps Envelopes then.
