I just love the idea behind the SteadePod. And I bet most people have thought of the same idea before. It’s a useful device to help stabilize the cameras while not costing you too much money and energy. The SteadePod consists of a retractable cord, a foot pad, and a tripod mount. To use, fix your camera onto the device, pull the stainless steel cable to a needed length (the maximum length is 6 foot) and stand on its foot pad. Simply put, fix, pull, stand, focus, shoot and done! The SteadePod is also compact and lightweight, allowing you to take it anywhere.
