Why pay more for touchscreens when you can actually spend less money on them? Designed by Fraunhofer Institute, the alternative display for touchscreens is made of renewable raw materials that are as cheap as common plastic.
As the material performs quite well in conducting slight currents and having colors pass through, the new display still ensures the touchscreens a good function.
