If all vegetables are prepared with strictly regulated size—let’s say, carrots chopped into small pieces of 4.5cm length, green pepper no shorter than 3.1cm while no longer than 3.2 cm—will dishes taste better? I don’t know, but I do know precise slicing with such OCD Chef Cutting Boards will undoubtedly take us much time.
