Each time I’m viewing a web page relating to gastronomy, I just feel it sad that I cannot smell the meal cooking. Thus I was quite excited once seeing the “Olly” Internet Smellit Device. However, the “Olly” isn’t something directly changing web pages into fragrance, but basically a smelly chime that releases a puff of fragrance at a predetermined event, such as the time you’re browsing Tweet, Facebook, YouTube and so on. It’s quite easy to use the device: simply insert the fragrance into a removable plastic tray, connect the device with your computer, pre-determine several web pages you frequently view, and then done!

Time is a mystery, while Hans Andersson’s LEGO Clock makes time more complex and mystical. Named as “Time Twister”, the Rubik’s Cube-esque LEGO Clock is constructed with two Mindstorm, five motors and black and white LEGO bricks. When switched on, the blocks will then be rearranged to display the time by communicating through Bluetooth. As the designer offers no detail about its basic principles, I still don’t why and how the clock works. So if you know, hopefully you can share it with us.

I’m fond of house cleaning, but seldom including the window cleaning. You know, though it’s easy to make its inside clean, it’s really hard to clean the outside, especially when we’re living on a high floor… Thus comes Junkyung Kim and Yonggu Do’s TwoFaced Window.

A light signal isn’t functional enough to help you communicate with other drivers? Well, possibly the LED Light Display can. It is composed of mesh grid with about 600 LEDs, which are controlled by an ATmega AT89C51 microcontroller and play the messages you’ve already stored in the system. That means, when driving on the road, you can inform those behind you to back off, go ahead or do other things you may want with words displayed by the LED light. See what? The communication between drivers would become easier and clearer now.

The sexiest buns we’ve ever seen come from bread manufacturer Kohberg, who released pink-colored and bra-patterned package bags for their rye bread buns.  It’s… pretty amazing. But what’s more amazing is that the Kohberg has announced to give part of the revenues earned by selling the sexy buns to The Danish Cancer Society, to support the medical research of breast cancer.
