20111205030

No doubt the nature is always offering good inspirations to designers, and Donghee Suh’s new earphone is just inspired by the suction cups on an octopus’ tentacles. But Crypteks’ USB storage is announced to be an exception. It is double locked, with both durable solid-aluminum housing offering mechanical security and a built-in 256-bit AES Hardware Encryption. Its aluminum housing features five twisting rings displaying 26 letters of alphabets, thus to improve the safety level. If that’s not enough, the 256-bit AES Hardware Encryption will provide you with another lock that is claimed to have seldom been broken before.

Wireless Speaker Light Bulbs

20111205013

Why are designers so innovative? Almost every time I met some new designs I would ask myself that question. So you know, that question emerged again, after I accidentally saw the AudioBulb, Wireless Speaker Light Bulbs that bring both light and music to your home. It’s easy to use: simply replace ordinary bulbs with the AudioBulb, insert you iPod into the included dock, and then you’ll hear beautiful music coming from any places of your house. With warm light filled with your rooms, the AudioBulb is certainly the best thing related to the word “romantic”.

20111206001

Spiral Burner Cooktop

20111204009

Why does Alireza Alavi build the conceptual burner with a same shape of mosquito coils? I’ve no idea of the possible reason but actually the device concerns nothing to mosquito coils. Its real feature lies in the double knobs, a gas control knob for adjusting the flame size and a burner control knob for adjusting the spiral burner size.  With that unique design, you can get a better control of the fire during cooking and thus to save fuel at the same time.
