Swimming at your own balcony

A 30-story tower will be built in Mumbai, India with each balcony being a swimming pool. You can swim, relax, and enjoy the view since the outside part of the balcony is made of sturdy glass. It must be pretty awesome to look down from your swimming pool balcony on the 30th floor!
