The risk coefficient of night bike travel is still high with even the front and rear lights or bright street lights. The frame of this fluorescent bike uses fluorescent coating similar to that on highway guardrails. Its features keeping original color during the day with exceedingly bright lights at night, thus to give others fairly obvious visual cues.
