Not long ago, LG developed a MCV904 Mini System that removes the voices from any music and lets the users to sing instead. As a result, every common person can become the singer of Justin Bieber or Lady Gaga’s music. It’s a cool system and of course needs a cool idea to take it to more people. So the designers built a small mirror over the real singer’s picture and replaced the customers as the lead singer when they look at the CD. The action lasted for 7 days in 6 CD stores, successfully reaching about 25,000 people while costing only 2 cents per impact.

How to effectively make Frankfurt’s SPORTSCHECK store known to local residents and help the new store to sell a large amount of products? This time the Ogilvy Frankfurt HMD Druck has decided to use cars as their advertising media, transforming snow-covered cars into skid-marked ski slopes that has miniature snowboarders and skiers on top. As a result, every morning the local residents sees their cars, the appealing vouchers will remind them of the great fun of skiing.

Sun light is an important element in this print ad for an Israelian energy company “Shikun & Binui Solaria”. With sun light, the drab black-and-white print will turn into a colorful one, full of beautiful flowers and green grass. Via a such an idea, however, the designers are actually illustrating the purpose of sunlight and let you know that Shikun & Binui Solaria focuses on green power as well.

As pictured below, the ad simply suggests: “Eat the road. Seriously, eat it.” Though seems to be the same as regular paper, the ad page is actually made from glutinous rice flour, water, salt, propylene glycol, FD&C color and glycerin so that it is safe for eat. So will you do that, eat it?

Nordisk Cryobank is one of Europe’s leading sperm banks, and recently they’ve caught more attention than before for their CO2-friendly way to deliver their sperm samples using a bike- a custom designed bike that looks like a huge sperm!

It features a really big head, which is a cooler compartment to store sperm donations and keep them cold. Apart from its function as a CO2-friendly vehicle, the bike is also part of an awareness campaign that calls for sperm donation to help childless couples.

Apparently advertisements are one of the most important ways to show off your creativities, and everyday there’re new and innovative ads appear on walls, packaging boxes, roads and also the internet. How should car manufactures promote their new products, when nowadays they have to face more and more competitions? Possibly you’ll soon have an answer after seeing what Los Angeles-based Nondesigns has done to help promote Lexus compact hybrid, CT 200h. The studio created an awesome pixilated Lexus, using 2500 anodized aluminum bars lacquered with blue green on one side and yellow mica on the opposite. All of them were cut into specific lengths and inserted into their locations in the illuminated platform, therefore creating a stylish car that features a glowing effect of colors on its surface. More importantly, the viewers would experience a gradual change in color from gold to organic-blue when they walk around the car. As a result, everyone that has seen the new Lexus will be deeply impressed and we bet most of them would also want to own one.
