Tamaggo 360-imager

20120110001

With CES 2012 finally opened today, many innovative gadgets will soon spread on the internet within the following days, so have you already been ready for the CES? Let’s start with Tamaggo’s 360-imager then. It is claimed the first consumer device that can take full 360-degree panoramic images using a special “panomorph” lens, and built with an LCD viewfinder on the bottom too. The egg-shaped device can provide images with better quality, and it will shoot fully navigable images with a single click. Pity that the device cannot shoot 360-degree panoramic videos currently, and there’s still no information about its pricing or release date. That’s a pity too.

Fuuvi Bee 8mm Digital Camera

20120104001

Developed in 1932, the 8mm film was once rather popular around the world and was recorded in the history as “the world’s smallest film ever used in movie-making”. Nowadays, even though the 8mm film is no longer a trend, we can still try it with these tiny Fuuvi Bee 8mm Cameras. They’re mini-sized, with a weight of merely 39 g, but are built with a CMOS lens that can capture retro videos of 640×480 resolution or images of 1280×960 resolution. Undoubtedly they’re not the best cameras for photographers, they’re indeed the smartest ones to create retro styled videos or images.

Yaniv Berg’s Digital Reflex Camera

20100819301

Featuring a unique shape of a tube, Yaniv Berg’s Digital Reflex Camera (DSLR) will create you an entirely different experience of photography. Firstly, you needn’t have to hold the camera to your face but simply put it against your stomach during the process, since the new camera curves at the end to show you the images. Another change the camera will result in is that you photographers needn’t have to bend down awfully or even lie onto the ground to check out what you’re shooting. The last but not the least is that when you turn the camera, its interface screen then turns the image to display mode and the image will be rotated 180 degree for the observers. Frequent viewers of I New Idea must have noticed that we’re quite concerned about the new designs of cameras, and we’ve published many interesting and innovative cameras during the past. Let’s start the article with a familiar situation: we go out to tour around, record the beautiful sceneries using a digital camera, click, click, click…then suddenly the camera runs out of power! Ultra-mini Digital Camera

20100322201

How tiny could a camera be? From the picture, we noticed that the pocket camera shown here seemed even not much bigger than the adult’s thumb. Wow, that’s really incredible! But the mini size doesn’t weaken its function- the camera not only records AVI color video in a 1280 x 960 pixel resolution with a speed of 29 frames per second, but shoots photos in a 1280 x 960 pixel resolution. Plus, the thumb-sized camera still features a mini USB socket on its side, ensuring a convenient connection to PC and other appliances. If you think $51 is an acceptable price, please click the website below for more information. [Read the rest of this entry...]
