Squid EMG Fitness Shirt

While a personal fitness instructor is most ideal and thus widely needed by people who do exercises at a gym, the expensive fee has hindered many of them to get one. Luckily, thanks to a group of student from Northeastern University, we can now rely on the squid-equipped shirt to keep track of our progress of fitness. The T-shirt is embedded with a set of electromyography (EMG) sensors attached to a box that pushes your workout data to a smartphone app. After that, you can check out the detailed information of your progress via a computer then.
