Not long ago, a so-called Dynario fuel cell by Toshiba was finally unveiled. Specially designed for mobile devices, once the mini fuel cell is filled with methanol, it then generates electric power (5V, 400mA) and supplies it to the mobile gadgets via USB. One such device can hold 14ml of fuel, enough to charge two batteries.
Generating from Algae, the Hydrogen could be storage in the balloon for the car filling.
