Dynamic Luminous Ceiling Sky

Ever miss the blue sky and white clouds when you’re actually working within your offices? Well for all nature lovers here is the Dynamic Luminous Ceiling Sky. It is composed of regular LCD TVs and LEDs, to simulating the natural cloudy sky and light conditions as accurately as possible. The ceiling consists of 19.6 x 19.6 inch square tiles that each holds 288 LEDs, and 11.8 inches below these lights there’s a diffuser film to create homogenous lighting that illuminates the room throughout.

Self-powered Safe Hump

Whenever asked what road humps are designed for, we will refer to its important functions in reducing traffic accidents by requiring the drivers to slow down. But how do they work in the night? I mean, there’s only dim light on the road and the drivers couldn’t always notice the road humps from far away, and as a result these speed breakers won’t work that effective as we’ve expected.

Fortunately some designers have thought of that question earlier and they’ve teamed up with the ‘Self-powered Safe Hump’ which is equipped with LED bulbs and therefore gives off light in the dark. It still has something in common with traditional tea bags, that is, it won’t work unless you put it into a cup filled with water. Romantic?
