Using an old marbling technique, Pernille Snedker Hansen of Snedker°Studio has created a new series of flooring wood with rich colors, variable lines and elegant shapes. Compared with traditional floor woods, the semi-psychedelic flooring seems more brightly colored, thus to give your rooms a refreshing look. Moreover, it may be quite romantic to have such floor woods decorate our home, as each time we lower our heads, we would feel that the rainbows are rightly before our eyes.

The vertical rainbow in the graph is actually shown in the Guggenheim museum in New York. It is a 120″ wide liquid curtain falling down from the building’s ceiling to the floor. It features a transparent container on the floor to collect all the stones and a ceiling container to dispense the stones. And due to the aspirator that leads the stones back up to the ceiling dispenser, a new curtain will appear in front of the visitors every 5 minutes. Illuminated by a prismatic color lamp installed on the third floor, the transparent stones will reflect the light and display the appearance of a rainbow as they drop down.
