As your little babies grow up day by day, their cradles are no more needed but simply left in a garage full of dirt. To solve that problem, designer Martin Price has come up with this Convertible Rocking Cradle that can be divided into two rocking chairs for average-sized adults to use. It’s really a clever concept, right? We wish it would soon come into production.

Embedded with the inspiration of social and cultural meanings of teasing, the Kickin from Jamie Yeo is an innovative piece of furniture that can help to bring people close to each other. When used individually, the furniture is just like a rocking chair for one person, but accommodates two or more people when several individual ones are combined together. Or you can bring many of these together and create yourself a cozy bed. Well, all that sounds so good.

Well, well, the “Schaukelwagen” concept has already existed for more than 50 years before it finally came into real products. But fortunately we can see them here on I New Idea.
