“Some designs are so fundamentally perfect, that there’s no point in trying to improve them, such as the bikes and the scissors.” That’s really what I used to say. But the Izzy Plastic Urban Bike Concept has proved I was totally wrong, and then it’s time for the scissors to show their improvements. The new product comes from San-Francisco-based Spencer Nugent. As shown in the pictures, its main feature is a flat bottom which stays still while the top blade bouncing up and down.
