WIFI extenders are not new to us, but the BearExtender n3 is still refreshing. It is an external Wi-Fi adapter for Macs and developed by Rolan Saekow, a graduate from Berkeley. Shown in TUAW’s testing, the BearExtender could help to create stronger signals and higher throughput when used over the internal Wi-Fi. And such a device only costs you $44.97. Sounds like a good deal.

RCA has sent in images of their latest project, the Airnergy Charger. It is dubbed as a ‘Wi-Fi Hotspot Power Harvester’, which directly shows us how the device works. Yep, you’ve guessed right, Airnergy Charger ‘harvests’ Wi-Fi signals in the air, converts them into electricity and stores the energy in its own lithium battery. Moreover, even though the users are not on line, the device could also harvest Wi-Fi energy as long as they’re within the signal area. And you could never imagine what a huge amount of energy the Airnergy Charger could produce, as claimed by the company, the energy converted from merely one strong signal could charge a Blackberry from 30% to full in less than 2 hours. Surprisingly powerful!

To ensure the amazing product could benefit everybody, the company would launch it this summer for merely $40.

It is the most portable PC we’ve ever seen. Shaped like a headphone, the new computer is built with a 2-inch screen which creates an excellent visual effect as that of a 15-inch one. Wanna learn more about it? Well, then you mustn’t neglect its powerful function of page transition, simply controlled by your head’s motion. Still, the wearable PC could act to voice commands like “zoom out” or “zoom in”. It runs Windows CE 6.0, supporting both Bluetooth and WIFI.

Actually, this camera has a ring-shaped electromagnetic induction adaptor. Just connect the adaptor to the bulb; it could get juice from the magnetic field generated by the AC source in the light.
